Payment & Refund Policy

We accept all major credit and debit cards. VISA, VisaElectron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, American Express.
We also accept Paypal as well.

Refund & Return Policy:
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, inform us and we will change our order, if you have sent the notification before we started to compose the order to deliver it to you.
If you have made the payment, but we aren’t able to process the order, because for some reason we didn’t have the necessary flowers, we compensate the payment in full.
The money will be returned in the same way which you used for payment processing. For example, if you paid your order with a bank card, then your money will be returned to your bank card.

Important: we cannot cancel your order if the composition is ready for delivery. We cannot return your money, if you indicated a wrong or an incomplete delivery address. If within 24 hours from the time of unsuccessful delivery you indicate another address in the same city, we will be able to deliver the bouquet to the new address, in such case, the delivery price is paid separately. After the period of 24 hours expires, the bouquet and the delivery shall be paid once more, because flowers are a very soft product, hence, if you want us to deliver a bouquet to the new address after 24 hours have passed, we have to compose the bouquet once more.

We can give a guarantee to all clients of our company, that:
  1. We will use the freshest and the most beautiful flowers for their compositions;
  2. The delivery will be made in time and without delays;
  3. If there are any changes in the bouquet or we cannot deliver it, we will notify you in advance;
  4. You will get a unique and a very beautiful bouquet.
